The Role

You will architect and ship AI systems that:

Anchor to real identity graphs

Operate within strict tenant isolation boundaries

Retrieve tenant-specific knowledge over generic sources

Execute against tenant-defined playbooks

Deliver measurable Acquire / Activate / Retain outcomes

Open Claw experience is required for this role.

This is not a research role. This is not strategy-only. This is not prompt experimentation.

You must currently be building AI systems in production with Open Claw experience. No exceptions.

This role leads AI system design for SMB clients and has a clear pod leadership path.

What You Will Design

Bob is built on four primitives:

Identity & State

Every interaction is anchored to objects with strict org-level isolation.

Memory & Context

Tenant-scoped transcripts, documents, embeddings, and artifacts stored in partitioned data planes.

Reasoning & Playbooks

LLM instructions dynamically constructed from tenant methodology, ICP, and terminology, no fixed frameworks unless requested.

Actions & Surfaces

Tenant-specific tools loaded via orchestrator. Configuration over code forks.

You will design systems that create tangible progress every interaction:

One sharp, context-aware question

One useful artifact

One appropriate next step

We build AI systems under hard production constraints:

Comprehensive test coverage (unit, integration, E2E)

Versioned schema migrations, never manual DB edits

Strict tenant isolation at every layer

Secure-by-default APIs and infrastructure

Documentation updated as part of definition of done

We optimize for velocity under constraint, not speed without discipline.

Who We Want

You are:

4–12 years into your career

Currently building AI systems in production

Open Claw experience required — must have hands-on production experience with Open Claw

Have shipped LLM-powered workflows (RAG, copilots, structured agents)

Designed evaluation frameworks (QA, shadow mode, scoring pipelines)

Built guardrails and rollback strategies

Tied AI systems directly to revenue or operational KPIs

Comfortable designing multi-tenant systems

Clear, concise, structured in your writing

AI-active right now, not exploring, but shipping
